Do you love nature and wildlife? Are you concerned about the state of the planet? Do you want the church to step up and do more to protect and restore the natural world?

Are you a fluent, dynamic writer with a gift for using words to inspire and enthuse diverse audiences? Do you live and breathe social media, your phone never too far away?

Do you want your words to make a difference?

We’re a Christian charity working to protect and restore the natural world by getting Christians and churches moving on caring for the environment as a core part of our faith. We run the successful Eco Church scheme (1300 churches working to care for the environment together, with more joining all the time), manage two nature reserves, coordinate a national network of large Christian land-managers and we’ve just launched Wild Christian—a community of Christians exploring how faith, nature and climate intersect.

It’s an exciting time to be joining the organization, as you’d be bringing welcome capacity to a comms/fundraising team. Your output will drive both fundraising and some of the organisation’s impact, so there’ll be plenty of variety to keep you interested. Working out of our Southall office, you’ll not be confined to a desk—you’ll be sniffing out stories with other teams, joining volunteers on our reserves, live-tweeting our conferences and much more.
