An Evening Bat Walk and Moth Trapping at Foxearth Meadows Nature Reserve

This event is held in memory of Sarah White, bat expert and canoeist, remembering with great affection her generous sharing of knowledge and enthusiasm.
This year we are adding moth trapping to the bat event. Moths are a food source for bats. We expect to find a different set of species from the spring/early summer.
Meet at 5.30 pm around the firebowl for bat chat, before setting traps and embarking on a bat walk equipped with bat detectors.
