Explore practical ways to enjoy, nurture and defend God’s creation with Wild Christian.

Live more joyfully and sustainably with God’s creation

Our Wild Christian programme is for individuals and families who want to enjoy and learn about nature together, take practical action at home and in their local areas, and join with other voices for national impact.

The programme offers opportunities to connect with others passionate about caring for creation. Our events and monthly email will help you explore some of the critical challenges around climate and biodiversity.

Sign up, and we’ll help you enjoy, nurture and defend nature.

Kayleigh received feedback from members of the local eco church group she co-leads that they wanted information on eating less meat. So Kayleigh and 14 members of the church congregation chartered their ‘veganuary’ experience.

“We don’t need a few people doing everything perfectly, as they say: we need lots of people doing them imperfectly.”

Vishadhi

Vishadhi put five bags of compost soil on top of the concrete to create her garden. She now grows many different types of vegetables and fruit: tomatoes, bell pepper, green chillies, corn, butternut squash, avocado, lemongrass, apple, watermelon, and even pomegranate and mango!
Vishadhi

“Don’t say, ‘I don’t have a big garden, I can’t do it’. Just do it!”

Tom

Tom participated in three plastic-free months (February, July and September) to see how much he could personally reduce his waste.
Tom

“I have been challenged by what it means to exercise care for creation. For me, [I’m] trying to eat less meat, use public transport more and be more intentional with prayer and Bible reading.”
